Morgan Sans

Table of Contents:

New weight: Medium
While more weights are beiing developed we introduce a new medium with the matching 'oblique' (for practical reason re-labeled Italic. As well as all the other obliques). The complete family has now three weights.

¶ Morgan Sans and Morgan Sans Condensed were designed and conceived as matching texts faces for the Morgan display fonts, Morgan Poster, Big and Tower for which only the capital letters were designed. While it has a visibily different design from its titling companions, The Sans versions retain the essential squarish flavour of the Morgan's. Morgan Sans was awarded by the TDC.2 2003. All styles include small caps, table figures, etc. accessible through OpenType features and an extended character set supporting most of latin based languages.

¶ Morgan Sans as well as Morgan Avec and Morgan Sans Condensed comes with eight sorts of optional figures: lining and non-lining, both with text and with table widths, lining small caps and small figures as superiors, inferiors, numerators and denominators.
